Very welcoming and friendly business! It had a chill vibe but in an upbeat way. That being said the service was great. Disco Chicken were very accommodating of our dietary (dairy) restrictions. They took extra time to explain the menu and made sure to check on us. The lemonade bar is awesome! Fresh squeezed organic ingredients with many options. The chicken sandwiches are very flavorful to the point where you can taste the different ingredients. The themes of the sandwiches are very thoughtful as well. A great choice is the Bamboozeled chicken sandwich has crabrangoon and sweet chili sauce with fresh jalapenos! Not just another gastro-pub, but a DJ themed Chicken restaurant with great cocktail options from the bar!

First visit to DC was fun! The unique food and drink options are what attracted us. The atmosphere was fun and my ADHD husband loved all the lights and music a little too much. We will be back, especially in the summer when the rooftop is open and DJ nights!

We had such an amazing experience at Disco Chicken! First off, the food? Absolutely immaculate—bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Everything we tried felt like it was made with serious love and care. Our waitress, Kaylee, was the sweetest! Super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. We were seated at the rooftop bar, which had a great vibe and view. When the temperature started to drop, the manager, Steven, went out of his way to bring out a heater so we could stay comfortable and enjoy the night. That extra bit of care really stood out! Definitely a spot we’ll be returning to. Highly recommend!

From the moment my group arrived, we were met with warmth, enthusiasm, and a genuine sense of community. Service and Hospitality A huge thank you to servers Kayle, Tasha, and Ramiro, who made our experience memorable. Their attentiveness and positive attitudes were evident throughout our visit, and their willingness to accommodate our group for as long as we wanted—despite the unexpected heat wave—was greatly appreciated. Disco Chicken’s decision to open early on race day and provide hydration stations for fans and athletes alike was a thoughtful touch that did not go unnoticed. Their support for the event and for the athletes demonstrated a real commitment to the community. Ambiance and Convenience The restaurant’s ambiance was lively and welcoming, with just the right vibe for celebrating and relaxing after a long day. Its proximity to the course—just a few feet away—meant we could easily see and cheer on the athletes multiple times during the run, which added to the excitement and made the experience feel even more special. Food and Ordering Experience The food was outstanding, with flavorful options that hit the spot after a day in the sun. The ordering process using QR codes took a moment to figure out at first, but once we got the hang of it, it was intuitive and efficient, allowing us to focus more on enjoying our time together. Great food and fun atmosphere! I’ve had the food from their truck, but had never stopped by the restaurant before. I didn’t know they also served alcohol which was a fun surprise. We sat on the second floor since it was crowded on the first floor. I had the DCV1 with tots and a Hurricane. The drink was really sweet but very good. The chicken sandwich and tots were great too. The tots were very deliciously crispy. Cool place to go for a date night!

The chicken tenders are delicious. The buttermilk coleslaw was not good and the tots were like any seasoned tots. Nice environment nice guy that greeted us at the door! The sauces were awesome! I’d give it a 8/10 and I’d say yes it’s worth going too. The waitress did not come to our table much as we were on the 2nd floor. I guess the rooftop is where it’s happening and at times they have a DJ. It was a nice lunch with my daughter.

The vibe at Disco Chicken is literally unmatched! It has somehow managed to combine a chill and laid-backed vibe with a party atmosphere. The food is phenomenal and the drinks are amazing. Highly recommended!!!!

I had seen the mural on the side of the building while driving by and decided that one day I would visit for lunch. It was the best decision of my LIFE Disco Chicken is an absolutely amazing and outstanding place to eat. The environment is beautiful, the staff are wonderfully friendly, and the food... THE FOOD...Out of this world flavors and freshness! The drink and sides and other dishes are also amazing but the chicken sandwiches will leave you with sweet dreams and a strong desire to return as soon as possible. Parking is super easy with a large lot right next to the building, and if you can, sit on top of the 3rd floor and enjoy the scenery of downtown if the weather is just right. Can't wait to come again and try every flavor of those addictive chicken sandwiches!
